Professor Zhou Qiren went to BAISHENG Laser for research and guidance
Professor Zhou Qiren is a professor of economics and former dean of the National Development Institute of Peking University (formerly the China Economic Research Center of Peking University), and a famous economist. During 2010-2022He was a member of Monetary Policy Committee of the Central Bank .He has always advocated economics in the real world. With the patience and acumen of a hunter, he went deep into the real economic life and spared no effort to promote China's reform and development process through academic research. He can be regarded as a living fossil and drummer of China's reform.
During the inspection, chairman Liang and chairman Chen of Baisheng Laser accompanied the whole process. They also made a report on the development history, R&D innovation, technology promotion, product sales, and production situation.
During the investigation, Professor Zhou Qiren and his entourage visited the Baisheng Laser Customer Experience Center. He focused on a series of laser equipments such as Ultra-high-power Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Machine, Full-automatic Professional Tube Laser Cutting Machine, Three-in-one Coil Stock Laser Cutting Machine and welding workstations,as well as corresponding cutting samples.
Afterward, professor Zhou Qiren and his entourage went to the symposium of the Marketing Center. Professor Zhou Qiren expressed his amazement at the rapid development of Baisheng Laser during the discussion session. And gave pertinent suggestions on the strategic layout of our company's future development. He said,the most scarce resource of most enterprises is talented person.To grow steadily for a long time, enterprises must cultivate talents who can solve problems.
The laser cutting equipment industry is a short product life cycle and rapid technological upgrading. To comply with the changing law of lasers, laser cutting equipment needs to be continuously updated. Chairman Liang said, To ensure the balance between innovation speed and quality. We are not only to focus on the development of the enterprise’s scale but also pay more attention to the introduction and training of talented persons.
